It was really nice actually. 昨日ジンテイスティングに行きました。すごくよかった。 And there was like a little dish of garnish...there was celery, peach, plum, citrus fruit, cucumber, olives, blueberries, a sprig of thyme... 付け合わせ（つま）の乗った小皿があって。。。セロリと、桃と、プラム、柑橘類、きゅうり、オリーブ、ブルーベリー、一枝のタイム。。。 So we used to just open the cheapest bottle of red before going. （クラブに）行く前に、一番安い赤（ワイン）を開けたりしていた。 We don't actually have the enzymes. （日本人は）実は酵素がないんです、って。 My disclaimer is I lack the enzymes. 私の免責事項（言い訳）は、酵素が欠落してることです、って。 Talking of reasons you can't drink, my boss is actually...she's Muslim, so she's not allowed to drink at all. So she doesn't come to work functions or Christmas parties or anything. 飲めない理由と言えば、私の上司はムスリム（イスラム教徒）だから、飲酒は一切禁止。だから仕事絡みのイベントとかクリスマスパーティーとかにも来ない。 She actually is not allowed to sit facing the bar.
