Today we talk about how to fight them off and what to do if your data’s been compromised. The Anthem attack was scarier than other hack attacks because Anthem hackers had access to your Social Security number, unlike the Target and Home Depot breaches.
A recent MIT study found that, credit card data is sold to marketers in aggregate. Yet, even if the personal information is stripped out, hackers only need a maximum of 4 pieces of data in order to identify you.
