This podcast is aimed at all levels in the workplace but especially at those who hold positions of authority: i.e. managers. So many people write to me and complain that they must deal with colleagues that do not adhere to time. In my opinion this is squarely the responsibility of a manager to improve his or her people’s performance which includes time adherence. This podcast will discuss how to do this and reflect upon the consequences of not doing it for all the activities of the company. Simply put if arriving late for a meeting is acceptable in a company then usually so is being late on a proposal for a client, or a CPQ turnaround or a project…which all influence company performance.
