Description

Alcatraz Prison was the solution to America’s overwhelming crime problem. It didn’t aim to rehabilitate like other prisons. It aimed to punish. The worst-of-the-worst inmates of all the other prisons across America were shipped to Alcatraz, inmates who were deemed unmanageable for traditional penitentiaries. San Francisco residents were wary of having a prison crowded with the most dangerous criminals in America located in the heart of their harbour. Alcatraz Prison operators assured them that their one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art island prison was completely escape-proof. The prison was fitted with an abundance of safeguards to keep prisoners in. But it didn’t stop some inmates from trying to get out...   ____ Researched and written by Milly Raso   MUSIC 1. ‘Flatline intro’ and ‘Come play with me’ intro and outro www.dl-sounds.com 2.
