Here we are again, boils and ghouls...having yet another season of "SPOOKTOBER MADNESS!" on Talk In The Shadows Radio! If you have been a fan for even the past year, you know that every October we have an entire month dedicated to the creepy subjects that keep you awake at night and get you in the mood for the best holiday of all...HALLOWEEN! The final show in our "SPOOKTOBER MADNESS!" series is about insane asylums. Asylums have gone back many, many years ago and have many different stigmas associated with them. While some of the people who go into these places are only there a short time, get better and leave, others are condemned there for several years and can be abused and experimented on. There are countless horrible stories of the terrible things that go on in a lot of these places. Some of these stories include tales of the ghosts of people who were tortured and died there. Join us this Sunday as we talk about how asylums got their start, the types of people that end up hospitalized there or who work there, in addition to the crazy things that happen in a great many of these mental establishments.
