Talk In The Shadows   /     "Summer Sunday's!" - I Love The 90's! - You Go Girl!

Summary

What a decade the 90's was for me!  Although the 80's was my favorite decade, I experienced a lot of milestones and firsts in the 90's, as well.  I graduated from college, started working as a Commercial Artist at an advertising agency, later began working in Photography, met the man I was to marry, married him, moved to Canada and had my beautiful daughter. The 90's was a HUGE time for new music styles and changes in what was hip to listen to.  Grunge came in, both musically and fashion-wise, and temporarily booted Metal music out.  Girl and boy bands were all the rage and the dance clubs were pumped up with new dance sensations and Hip Hop dance hits. The Gulf War happened, O.J. Simpson got away with murder and President Bill Clinton got his freak on in the 90's. The new movies and T.V. shows were unforgettable.  Not to mention the many new fads, popular sayings and advances in electronics and the internet.  Remember when AOL was #1?  What a jam-packed decade and time to be alive! Please join us this month as we revisit the decades of "The 60's," "The 70's," "The 80's" & "The 90's!"  We will celebrate the good and talk about the bad of one decade per week.  Call in and share your memories of each decade or the things you miss from that era and even the things you don't miss and could do without during that time.
