Moving right along into the 70's in our "Decade Series," we are feeling far out & ready to get down and boogy in Funkytown! You just can't think of the 70's without a Disco song playing in your head. Not only was Disco prevalent, but Rock was really breaking out into new directions, along with many other genres. A lot of great music was born in the 70's and, coincidentally, so was I. The hippy days were beginning to fade, as the fashions became an eclectic mix of styles that were both modern, as well as long forgotten. It was a very cool time to be alive. Please join us this month, as we revisit the decades of "The 60's," "The 70's," "The 80's" & "The 90's!" We will celebrate the good & talk about the bad of one decade per week.
