One of the easiest ways people can get involved with wildlife is bird watching. Wild birds live everywhere, from the tallest peaks to your own backyard. Those who are interested may not realize they have plenty of ways to get more involved in birding. You can even volunteer to help monitor the health of bird populations at the Christmas Bird Count and other activities.
