Join Roxy and special guest host Lindsey Voreis, professional mountain bike racer. She travels the world both racing and coaching women's mountain bike riding clinics. She promotes the mountain bike life style and healthy living. She is married to professional mountain bike racer Kirt Voreis, and also competed on the CBS TV show Survivor Africa (season 3) with derby widow Lex van den Berghe. Derby injuries and bike injuries are pretty similar -- broken ankles, torn ACLs -- they just hit trees while we hit girls.
