Vincent Thomas, Certified Plant-Based Nutritionist Vincent received his certification in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University(2016). He has specialized in wholistic health and wellness consulting. As a certified nutritionist, his work has helped our clients improve their lifestyles. Vincent currently serves as the nutrition director for Jrogun Motivation and Fitness Training. His areas of expertise in dietary plant-based nutrition includes: autoimmune disease, cancer, diabetes, end-stage renal disease, heart disease, high blood pressure and obesity/weight-loss management. James Randall, Certified Personal Trainer James received his certification in personal training from United Trainer's Association (2012). He has specialized in geriatric and rehabilitation fitness. As a certified geriatric fitness instructor, his work has helped our senior clients improve their lifestyles. James currently serves as the fitness director for Jrogun Motivation and Fitness Training. His areas of expertise in fitness includes: geriatrics, rehabilitation, obesity/weight-loss management, personal fitness(corporate and individual), all sports strength/conditioning and baseball training(batting and coordination skills).
