How to make restaurant like stir-fried noodles (炒麵 / 炒面) using soy sauce, bean sprouts, carrot & scallions. (Vegan) ▾ Open for recipe ▾ To make stir-fried noodles for 2 :• 3 blocks of egg free noodles • 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (+ some more as cooking oil) • Garlic powder (optional) • 3 tablespoons of sugar • Bean sprouts • 1 carrot • 1 scallion▸ http://delicaroom.com/stir-fried-noodles/▸ Note that the longer it takes to stir-fry, the softer the bean sprouts will get, so it’s best to put it on high heat & mix very regularly to keep them crunchy. ▸ Do not exceed 410°F / 210°C though because that’s the smoke point of sesame oil.Major allergies informations : If you follow this recipe, it qualifies as milk / lactose /dairy free, peanut free, nut free & egg free. It can be gluten free if you use wheat free noodles such as rice noodles, or even corn or other grain pasta.
