A 4 ingredients dairy free nut cheese, with the taste of Parmesan cheese that only tastes 3 minutes & a blender. ▾ Open for recipe ▾ To make one small jar :• 125g of cashew nuts • 3 tablespoon of nutritional yeast • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder • 1 teaspoon of salt▸ Put your cashew nuts in your blender with all the other ingredients. ▸ Blend. If you have a very powerful blender, make sure to use the pulse option & don't blend too much otherwise you might end up with some nut butter in the bottom. ▸ Put everything in a jar.http://delicaroom.com/parmesan-cheese▸ The best is to use raw cashews. If you can’t find any, go for some roasted and unsalted.
