Description

Done with store bought hummus packed with fat? Here’s our recipe! For this hummus, you'll need :• 150g of chickpeas • some salt to taste • 1 table spoon of toasted sesame seeds • 40g of plant based milk • a few peanuts • 1 tablespoon of onion flakes & garlic powder (we went 50/50 but feel free to go for the ratio you like)▸ Crush the peanuts in the blender. ▸ Break the chocolate over it & let it melt very slowly, if possible at 40°c (104°F). Mix vigorously ▸ Add the chickpeas & blend. Use a silicone spatula to push the chickpeas towards the blades if it gets stuck. ▸ Add the milk & keep blending until you get a fairly smooth consistency. ▸ Add in the onion flakes & garlic powder, the toasted sesame seeds & salt to taste. ▸ Put the blender on the lowest setting so it mixes everything. ▸ Pour your hummus in a jar.▸ If you want your hummus to be softer than the one we made, add more milk to the blender. ▸ The peanuts are totally optional, if you want to avoid nuts.Recipe also available on our website : http://delicaroom.com/oil-free-hummus/ ‎Major allergies informations : If you follow this recipe, it qualifies as gluten free, soy free, milk free, dairy free, wheat free & egg free.
