So if I find myself in judgement, then that’s a signal to me that I have some work to do because I don’t understand this person and I substitute judgement for understanding.” When he knows the work he is doing is making a difference: Doing his work makes him feel alive which is more important to his mission than making a difference. Practical Advice: Trust the process.
