I’m getting this one online by the hair on my chinny chin chin tonight! (It’s almost midnight EST.) I’ve been so wrapped up in trying to get the book published, I’m barely able to keep up with podcasts, and posting, and comments, and puff! my ‘house’ feels like it’s blowing down. I promise, my posting schedule will be less erratic very soon.
Anyhow, I’ve a treat for you guys today (er, tonight)…
This podcast is the first in our guest series and we’ll also be having this particular guest back in a few weeks to expand on the conversation we began tonight. So, stay tuned for those episodes as well.
This first podcast includes a bit of a back-story and next time we chat, we’ll be throwing some additional questions his way all about our favorite topic: STDs. I know, this stuff’s so exciting!
What to Expect When You’re Expecting…a Podcast
Podcasts are always as short and sweet as possible, because, we respect your time (well, and my attention span is wanting, to say the least. So, short is good for all parties involved). 🙂
Today’s Podcast
Today’s podcast runs a little longer than the normal 10-15 minute format, because we’ve a guest. So, hang in there with us as it’s about 20 minutes in length and talks about STDs, stigma and perceptions of both of those things from an outsider’s perspective.

Next week, I’ll be talking about the honest and not-so-sunny side of living with an STD and how, originally, living with an STD held me back. Stay tuned!

This podcast interview was with a friend of The STD Project, Phil. Phil is a writer, computer nerd, and wears many other hats, some of them bonnets. Raised in a largely secular household, Phil found religion at 15 where he first met Jenelle at a local youth group. By the age of 20, Phil lost his faith, became an agnostic, and remains so today.
