While in Trnava, Slovakia for the 2018 Junior World Championships, we got a chance to talk with Pedro Silva, the President of the Wrestling Federation of Portugal. Silva's been around the sport for decades in a number of roles and he'll talk about that background and the culture of wrestling in Portugal. Silva is also running for a position on the UWW Bureau and he explains what he would like to bring to that panel as well as his insights on what the last five years have meant for international wrestling.
