Why would we want to talk about winning? Can’t I just take the money and run? Yes…of course…but have you ever thought about the rest of the world? Check this out… A long time ago when I started gambling it was the atmosphere that drew me in. It was the casino sounds and the laughter of drunk and happy people who all had the opportunity to win something. But as I started to realize how hard it was for me to leave with my winnings I began to get board of the experience I once enjoyed. Additionally my endless stories of how much I had “But then lost” eventually became irritating more and more and I Learn How To Handle Your Winning grew grumpier towards all successful people around me. Simply put, I lost the reason why I was there and instead allowed the negativity to take me over. Today however, regardless if I’m winning at the table or on a slot machine, I try to remind myself not to irritate the rest of the gamblers. Since some of them are indeed trying to make their rent payment using their grocery money as leverage. (Sad…yes…but true nonetheless.) We all know that eventually all our winning reaches Mother-Luck and her ability to shine on us. So…how do we try to stay calm? Well let’s begin with these 5-ways of winning with sociable consideration. 1. Try to stay in control, stay reserved. Controlling my emotions in the casino has been the best tool ever. If you can handle this you can handle anything! In fact, since I started controlling my emotions it has made my perspective and understanding of the casino that much more clear. The entire facility is based on emotional tug-of-war. And you’re being tugged. Additionally your win is between you and the machine. Not you and the world. Yeah Chris but everyone screams and jumps around when they win. That’s actually not true. Usually it’s the first timers that blow the roof off of the casino. There are also security concerns that remain after your screaming occurs. You may have just attracted the wrong audience who now knows you have a winning purse. Or perhaps a senior citizen may have a heart-attack from your excitement. 2. Don’t hurt your neighbor’s feelings. Your neighbor might be stressed and completely out of their mind trying to get that grocery money to multiply into their rent check. (Trust me I know…been there…done that) You just don’t know who is around…so why rub it in. Plus being aware of your neighbor can go a long way in securing a safe getaway. 3. Continue to play or move on. Is it wise to stick around? Do you really want to? If you do stay you know there’s more of a chance you will return the prize. Why not focus on something else. For example, a slot machine is not designed to pay out continuously. They are designed to take your money and pay out a certain amount monthly and yearly. So unless you plan on sitting there for a month, or a year you may want to take your slot winnings and go to another source. 4. Always stay alert but never suspicious. Alert is the key to survival anywhere…being alert while not looking like your alert is the key to locating others who are watching you. Make sure you’re just aware of your surroundings and take notice of security support just in case you’re confronted by a weirdo. Just like you, the Casino doesn’t want any trouble either. If you feel scared you can ask for a security escort. 5. Remember the times you didn’t win. This is the most important part of it all! Some of us respect others more after personally experiencing the same thing. If you can acknowledge your loses than you will not only be more mature towards others who lose but also have more respect towards the situation. Think about your losses and accept your mistakes. Now look around at the casino audience the next time your there and notice the difference between you and the others around you. Take this information and apply it to your own gambling event. Remember, you’re in control of the entire situation, not the game or the casino. You’re an expert player and not a gambler. Tell us what you think of this article. We do our best to respond as soon as we can…thanks  -CW
