This best of podcast we revisit our conversation with the NEW Head Coach of the Calgary Flames Glen Gulutzan. At the time of this conversation Glen was an Associate Coach of the Vancouver Canucks, and we tapped into his expertise in coaching. Coaches can at times appear to be strange animals, but as you will learn in this conversation this position tends to be more of a lifestyle than an occupation. Glen is generous in sharing his thoughts on things like creating hockey sense in players, but also on how he feels bench management should work. Not surprising, as a coach that has done a little bit of everything in his career, Gulutzan is also a big believer in mentorship.
