The lecture will give an introduction into the "EC Proposal for a Regulation on European Production and Preservation Orders for Electronic Evidence in Criminal Matters (COM (2018) 225 final)" and . the impact to civil liberties of the users as well as the challenges for service providers of the diverse range of services covered by the proposal.
