Depression and the christian life are bed fellows. They go hand in hand but you wouldn't know it by listening to christian preachers and teachers today. They paint a pretty picture with their smiles, uplifting and warm sermons with colorful stories to boot. I am talking about tales of triumphs and encouregment that can put to shame many Lifetime movies. Depression is very much a sinful issue becaus of what sin does to the body as well as the soul.
