Phenology is the rhythmic biological nature of events as they relate to climate. Tuesday mornings we hear from folks young and old as they share their observations of nature during our Phenology Talkback segment. This morning we honored contributors Sarah Grell and Harry Hutchins and we hear some student reports that would make them both smile. We were devastated to learn of the passing of Sarah Grell. What a light. In this segment we honor Sarah and Harry Hutchins, and find some hope in the red osier dogwood. Hill City 2nd graders make us smile. Pike Lake Elementary students reports ups and downs this week... Kids at North Shore Community School note several red fox reports and hot humid days.
