Eva Scientific was founded by tissue engineer Andreas Kaasi in 2015, with the ambition of saving lives through innovative medical devices and research products enabling academic and industrial researchers to achieve "more with less" in their undertakings. The first products that are being rolled out are founded in decade-long experience with collagen, the substance that, together with cells, form the structural material that we call "tissue". In parallel, bioreactor products that work as stand-alone units, or work in conjunction with the collagen biofabrication products, are being made available to the public.
