On this week’s show Alyssa and Haley welcome back triathlete and Olympian, Taylor Knibb. Taylor, along with her teammates, recently won a silver medal in the triathlon mixed team relay at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. She tells us about her Olympic experience in both the team and individual events, what she did in the days between the two events, and how she felt about her Olympic debut. Taylor wasted no time jumping back into racing, competing at Boulder 70.3 the weekend after The Games, and finishing a very impressive second place in her first ever 70.3 race. She will be keeping her race streak going at WTS races in Montreal and Edmonton over the next two weekends and then heading to Europe for more action.
