Alaia Leighland, Small Business strategist and Psychic cyrstalologist, Author, Lecturer and Radio /TV host, Workshop leader and facilitator. Later in her life Alaia ventured into the world of Business first as an employee in retail and later as a manager in the cottage industry of fast food, still later there was a stint in the hospitality industry where she studied hotel motel management. After a brief tour of duty in the military, alaia settled into a routine of creating trunk shows throughout the US and Canda and Europe showcasing her own unique custom designed jewelry and teaching small business how to move to the next level.
