With popular conductor Jae Alexander returning alingside The City Of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, who performed popular classics, film themes and all the flag waving favourites with 'the Last Night Of The Proms'. Also featured this year a very special and emotional sequence of music and songs paying tribute to the heroes of D-Day, to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings.
