Kari Simms guest stars on this episode of I’d App That! She is the co-founder of Blazing Caribou Studios. bringing along her favorite Apps: 7 Minute Workout, MyFitnessPal, & Runtastic.  Encouraging you to take control of your diet and help kick-start your new healthy lifestyle.
Shane Mattox and Peter Fisher discuss WhatsApp new policy on sharing data information on Facebook. WhatsApp says that sharing this information means Facebook can offer better friend suggestions by mapping users’ social connections across the two services, and deliver more relevant ads on the social network.Â
I’d App that ponders Google’s choice to end support for Chrome apps on Windows, Mac, and Linux.  Starting later this year, new Chrome apps will be available only to Chrome OS users and will not be accessible on Windows, Mac, and Linux. (Existing apps will remain available and can still be updated.) Then, sometime in the second half of 2017, the Chrome Web Store will no longer display Chrome apps at all on those operating systems.
Our guest, Kari Simms discusses the Healthy living and lifestyle changing Apps: 7 Minute Workout, MyFitnessPal, & Runtastic.  It’s recommended using all three apps in conjunction with a healthy diet, and weight loss program.  As always before starting a new routine, or weight loss program, first consult with your physician.

You can do one, two or three circuits. Choose to  watch the clock, the trainer, or listen to and control music during your workout. You can even swap out workouts to keep things interesting. Of course, you can also stick with the original The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout® App.
My Fitness Pal believes — and medical studies prove — that the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to simply keep track of the foods you eat. Gimmicky machines and fad diets don’t work, so we designed a free website and mobile apps that make calorie counting and food tracking easy.
The Runtastic GPS app for iPhone and Android allows you to track your running, jogging, walking, cycling and other fitness activities. Share your sports activities, discover new running routes and reach exercise goals. Take Runtastic out for a run and enjoy our new and improved app design and navigation.
Peter Fisher gives us his impressions of the Music app Smule Sing! Karaoke.  In 2008, Smule! set out to create apps that enabled anyone to create, discover, love and enjoy music.  Yet today, 1.5 % of the world’s population (that’s 125 million people and counting) have used Smule’s apps. And they are creating communities, meeting new like-minded friends, and having fun making music together on Smule.
So if you wake up humming, play a mean air guitar or anything in between, then Smule is for you―anyone can do it, no previous experience required.
