Jimmy Bartel has voiced his frustration with the match review system and the AFL Tribunal.
It comes after former West Coast Eagles footballer and brother of Angus Brayshaw, Hamish Brayshaw, penned a damning open letter saying the AFL Tribunal and match review panel are "destroying the game".
