Practical Implementation of Third-Line Therapies for Refractory Overactive Bladder (OAB) Webcast (2024) CME Available: https://auau.auanet.org/node/41056 At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to: 1. Discuss the third-line therapies available to treat OAB refractory to conservative techniques. 2. Effectively provide counseling regarding advanced treatment techniques with "friendly, nonthreatening" language that does not intimidate the patients. 3. Consider helpful techniques to optimize lead placement for sacral neuromodulation and be comfortable with troubleshooting the device. 4. Incorporate caveats that are important in the delivery of injections in the bladder for treatment of OAB. 5. Incorporate peripheral nerve stimulation options, including the traditional and newer techniques that will be discuss in detail, into their practice as they see fit.
