This week, in Kerby, Oregon, a feud between neighbors boils over, when one of the neighbors ends the whole thing, by killing the other man. This is ruled self defense, so the man gets some new neighbors, who he doesn't like much better. Dogs barking, cats using a garden as a litterbox, giant lights, beamed into bedrooms, a property line dispute, chopped down trees, a junk pile, and a makeshift "fence from hell" cause murder to be the only solution.
