My guest is Jim Ebert, who celebrated 34 years with MillerCoors including 18 years in sales positions and 16 years in Learning and Development and Leadership Development. His career with Miller included sales roles in College Marketing, Distributor Sales, Military Sales, and Chain Sales. Jim then made a career shift into learning and development to support sales in several capacities. At the Joint Venture of Miller and Coors, Jim joined the Leadership Development Team where he led enterprise wide programs and initiatives including Team Development programs, Leadership Mentoring, and Emergenetics. Jim left MillerCoors to found Evergreen Learning Solutions, which enables him to pursue his passion around team development, new leader assimilation, and mentoring programs. He is a certified facilitator for Emergenetics, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Covey) and Situational Leadership (Blanchard). Married for 33 years, Jim and his wife Lisa have 2 children, both officers in the Air Force. He enjoys spending time in Northern Wisconsin and training for triathlons. Jim is a 2 time Ironman finisher. He is also involved with volunteer work and on several community boards and committees.
