In this episode of The Testosterone Daily Dose Podcast Chris Ali and Ian discuss how the body changes over time to adapt to different types of exercise.  The guys discuss why certain types of training are more appropriate for the male physique from a genetic point of view.  Chris discusses how certain muscle groups that are associated with the “Perfect Male Physique” actually respond better to resistance training in male test subjects.  Ian also brings up an article that discusses how sprint speed is related to the appearance of the physique complying with the golden ratio.
