He discusses how to ask for and get what you need in work, relationships and life. McCall says that women are stronger negotiators than men, however, they often don’t ask for what they need. A survey at Carnegie Mellon University of business school graduates showed that only 7% of women asked for more money with their first jobs out of business school, whereas 57% of men ask for more money when they get a job.
